Sarah Burke was born and raised in Massachusetts into a life of art and opportunity. At five, she was introduced to the business of film following her father who was working for DreamWorks Pictures SKG and her mother who was pursuing an interest in acting. By eleven, Sarah had launched her acting career as an extra in a film shoot at the Rockport, Maine International Television Workshops. Since that time, she has been on dozens of sets with many of the industries most talented actors. Sarah studied acting as a high school student in Amherst and at the Pioneer Valley Performing Arts School. She has worked on technique extensively with Peter Berkrot Caddyshack.
Sarahs other passions include art, clothing, and volunteer work. At 16, she held her first public art showing demonstrating her unique talent as a Cubist style painter. Being exposed to the art and entertainment business at an early age led to Sarahs current passion in modeling. Since 2007, Sarah has been involved in over a dozen photo shoots, she has professionally modeled for the Hallmark Institute of Photography, as well as a high-end specialty-clothing store. Sarah has upcoming runway shows at the Massachusetts College of Art and Design, Boston and New York. Sarah is a full time college student and also volunteers her free time at the non-profit Northampton Independent Film Festival and Boston based Reel Blues Fest.
