Vivek is a perfectionist. Born and raised in India, he has respect and appreciation for the hardships that hearing disabled individuals go through in third-world nations. He has trained and employed various deaf individuals in the area of manufacturing precision optics. He is also very active in various social efforts, and runs a charity-based computer training institute for the deaf in India. Vivek's helpful and pleasing personality is highly appreciated among the deaf community in India.

Vivek is a highly creative person with strong analytical skills and a dynamic personality. Right from his childhood, Vivek has had a passion for Fashion, Modeling and Art. At age 9, he was awarded first prize at National Level at an art and painting competition organized by the Government of India. He now designs clothing and accessories, and draws inspiration from a variety of sources - from the Pink City of Jaipur to SOHO in Manhattan. He has also modeled for various boutique ethnic menswear design houses in India. Vivek has formal education in Computer Applications and Optics, and plans to further his creative and technology career by studying at the Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC.

Vivek loves to travel and experience new cultures. He practices yoga and meditation, and is a follower of His Holiness Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. He has also practiced the martial art of Kung-Fu and loves to combine stillness with motion. His idea about life is to have fun, and to be help and empower as many people as possible!
