Raymonda was born in Kiev, Ukraine. She moved to Brooklyn, New York City when she was a little girl. She have been through many challenges in her life and it made her become who she is now. She graduated from Gallaudet University in Washington, DC with a Bachelor Degree in accounting. Raymonda is currently working at Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC), NASA as an accountant. She really enjoys her job. Meanwhile, it is her hope to pursue a promotion toward a higher position.
In addition, she was former Miss Deaf New Jersey and was very much involved in her community in various ways. Conversely, she loves to participate and become involved in many organizations. She believe she was born to be since she set foot on this planet. It must be a gift. For instance, she was a volleyball player, chairperson of her school senior trip, an anchor of Bison TV (Gallaudet University media), sorority, and she was a coach of a junior-varsity volleyball team at Model Secondary School for the Deaf (high school) in Washington, DC. She was also the chairperson of Homecoming 2005, and many other side commitments. |
